You have been selected to play on a Portage Soccer Club Team for the 2018-2019 season.
Please respond to the coaches email offering a spot on a team as soon as possible (within 24 hours) indicating if you accept or decline your spot on the team. If you accept a position, you are required to attend the Portage Soccer Club Registration meeting, along with a parent or guardian.

Please note that player fees will not be collected or managed through GotSoccer and will always show a balance even if you have paid your fees. Please continue through to the end of the registration. You know you have completed the registration when you receive a confirmation email for your registration.
If you cannot complete the online process or are having difficulty please contact our registrar, Ann Michaels, immediately to make arrangements for completing the process.
PLAYER GOTSOCCER ACCOUNTS
Each player must log into their GotSoccer player account and verify that all contact information is accurate (address, email, phone numbers, parent contact information). Please do not create a new account if your player already has a GotSoccer account even through another club.
Each player must upload a current head only (face) picture to their account. Each player must also verify or upload their birth certificate on the documents section of their account.
PORTAGE SOCCER CLUB REGISTRATION MEETING
The club registration meeting is mandatory for players and a parent or guardian. The meeting will be used to turn in paperwork (Medical Release Form, Concussion Form, Liability Waiver), try on uniforms for sizing purposes, get to know your coach/teammates, and receive additional club information. This meeting is very important, but if you absolutely are unable to attend, please contact your coach to make alternate arrangements.

Upon accepting a position, your PSC team fee is also due. We ask that you have your fee paid by Tuesday, June 26th

If you are unable or prefer not to pay through PayPal, you can bring a check to the registration meeting.
Uniforms are ordered through Team Gazelle. They will have kits available at the club meeting to try on and determine sizing. Coordinate with your coach or team manager jersey numbers. Do not order your uniforms until you receive confirmation of jersey number from your coach or manager and have determined sizing with the uniform kits. Please note that uniform kits will be used for two years so size your uniforms accordingly.
You must place your uniform order with Team Gazelle no later than JULY 6TH. If you don’t, you may not have it in time for games.

The cost for a full uniform kit is approximately $170.
The minimum kit every player must have includes: 1 green/white jersey, 1 black/grey jersey, 1 white jersey, 2 black shorts, and 2 pair of black socks. Additional PSC apparel may also be ordered.
