The Pre-ECNL Program serves as the vital link between youth development and the national ECNL stage.

Designed to progress players toward the highest level of competition, this exclusive platform provides U11 and U12 boys and girls with a structured, high-stakes environment. Operating on a regional, club-vs-club basis, the program introduces full-year 11v11 play at the U12 level to ensure athletes are fully prepared for the ECNL landscape.

The Pre-ECNL platform is designed to challenge athletes by providing a seamless transition into the ECNL-RL. By combining intense training with competition against the nation’s top clubs, we bridge the gap between youth soccer and the elite national landscape.

Pre-ECNL-RL Coaches

Registration

All families must finalize registration through both Athlete One and GotSport before the upcoming season begins.

This process will:

  • Confirm your family's contact information

  • Set up your preferred payment method

  • Complete all required liability waivers

Both registrations must be finished to ensure your player can be rostered and cleared for play.

Pre-ECNL Registration and Acceptance Contract

Upon accepting a position, your Portage SC team $200 commitment fee is also due via the buttons/links below.   

  • Start your registration by filling out the Commitment Form via Praxis. Even if paying via check, all players must fill out the Praxis Registration. Pay in person is the option for paying by check.

    All player fees must be paid in full or a payment plan must be set up by August 1, 2026 of the seasonal year to be eligible to play/practice with your Portage SC team. All player fees must be complete by December 2026 for all full year and half year (spring/fall) teams.

  • Login and fill out the Final Registration Form via GotSport.

    • Upload your birth certificate

    • Upload player photo (high-res headshot only - Profile Photo Example)

    • Upload FORM R002 (Player Info, Medical Treatment Authorization, Liability Waiver/Release and Consent Form)

    • Complete the ITC in GotSport (International Transfer Questionnaire)
