Please note: All team documents must be from the same governing body; it is not permissible to mix USYS and US Club documents.

A Note on Early Season Documentation: We know that getting player cards and approved roster documents from the state can be difficult this early in the season. If you are experiencing delays, please don't panic! We will work with your team individually to make sure everything is sorted out in time for kickoff.

Steps to Check-In via GotSport:

  1. Log into your GotSport account and navigate to your PK Classic registration.

  2. Create a tournament roster.

  3. Upload the PK Classic Liability Form.

  4. Upload Guest Player Forms (if applicable).

  5. Upload Permission to Travel Form (applicable to USYS teams outside their home state; US Club teams do not need this).

Required to Have with the Team at All Times During the Tournament:

  • Medical Release Form for each player.

  • CDC Parent-Player Concussion Form for each player.

  • Player and Team Official Passcards for all participating members.

  • Risk Management cards and SafeSport Certifications for all Team Officials.

Rules / Stay-to-Play

The PK Classic is a strict Stay-to-Play event. All participating teams located outside a 75-mile radius are required to book their overnight accommodations through our official travel partner, Traveling Teams, as a condition of tournament acceptance.

This process ensures your team receives access to exclusive, discounted room blocks at tournament-approved hotels conveniently located near our fields.

Once your team registration is officially submitted, please use the booking portal below to request your block.

Fields / Tournament Complexes

PK Classic matches are played across two primary locations situated within 20 minutes of one another. Your online schedule will clearly denote the complex and field number.

CRITICAL RULE: There are NO DOGS allowed at either complex at any time during the tournament. Water bottles only are permitted on synthetic turf surfaces (no food or gum).
