Are you looking for an enriching volunteer opportunity that makes a difference in the lives of young athletes?  Whether you have a child at the club, are a soccer enthusiast who simply wants to share your love of the game, or have many years of coaching experience already, you may find just what you're looking for at the Portage Soccer Club.  

Portage Soccer Club has seen steep and continuous growth over the last several years, which means that the need for quality coaches continues to grow as well.  We have opportunities available at every level of the game.  If you are new to coaching, we offer coach shadowing opportunities, assistant roles, or assigned mentors, depending on your needs.  If you already have coaching experience, we'll work together to see where you might fit best.  PSC provides a variety of free, in-depth training programs for its coaches and financial reimbursement when they take the initiative to earn their first or next level coaching licences.  PSC coaches are also given stipends to cover the costs of supplies and incidental expenses.

Your time commitment is just a few hours each week, but the impact you have on the lives of your team members will last a lifetime. If you ever played sports, you already know the influence a great coach can have.
